All items sold by Douzelle are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged once placed

  • All sales are final

Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

    Shipping Time
    Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

    Delays
    Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volume. These delays do not qualify for refunds.

    Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Because all items are made to order:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges

    • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or delays

  • We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

    • Your item arrives damaged, or

    • You receive an item that is materially different from what was ordered

    To request a resolution:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Provide clear photos of the issue

    • Keep original packaging until resolved

    Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including size, color, and shipping information. We cannot make changes once production has begun.
